Full apartment renovation — 30 sq.m.

In the centre of Athens, we completed a full apartment renovation, giving the space new life through contemporary interventions, upgraded installations and carefully considered aesthetic choices.

The project included a complete replacement of the plumbing and electrical systems, as well as a new water supply connection, ensuring modern infrastructure and greater reliability for everyday living.

Particular emphasis was placed on reshaping the interiors. The old kitchen was replaced with a brand-new, contemporary design highlighted by beautiful lighting. Likewise, the bathroom was fully renewed, gaining an elegant look with carefully designed lighting that brings out every detail.

To create a more open and spacious feel, we removed the partition wall between the hall and the kitchen, improving flow and connection between rooms. At the same time, the old parquet was removed and replaced with new tiles, delivering a uniform, modern result.

As part of the overall renewal, we carried out full plastering and painting, while replacing the aluminium window frames and the interior entrance door.

Respecting the client's wishes, we kept the interior doors and wardrobe doors, which were painted and refreshed to match the apartment's contemporary style.

The result is a radically renewed home where functionality meets modern aesthetics, carefully designed lighting and smart use of every space.

A project that shows that a proper renovation is not only about refreshing the look of a property, but also about upgrading the everyday living experience as a whole.
